these two types of movements, you can workout quickly and efficiently. This is called circuit
training. Circuit training consists of a series of both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that
are alternated in small time increments. You get more "bang for your buck" when you do
circuits as a form of exercise. It feels great to get moving, but many people lack the
discipline to do it. That's where mind power comes in.
