Look Great In A Bathing Suit Even If You Have To Wear One Tommorow
Somehow, the beginning of bathing suit season always seems to sneak up on us when we're not ready. This is not
always a seasonal event. Vacations and holidays to tropical vacations call on us to wear swim suits, whether we want to or not. Let's face
it, most of us do not want to wear our swim wear, but if we want to have fun, we need to. If you follow the tips, you will never have to
fear wearing a bathing suit, ever!
1- If it's the day before you have to put your swim wear on, limit your consumption of sodium (salt). Salt is hidden
everywhere, from your condiments to frozen foods. Check the packaging and make sure that you don't take in salt. Salt may cause you to retain
water and look puffy. Also, drink lots of water the day before you put your swim suit on.
2- Start exercising right away. You don't need a big workout to get started. Just get moving by putting on your favorite tunes
and moving to the music. Here's an exercise that you can do while you are in your bathroom before you go out in the morning or before you go to
sleep. It will make your arms and shoulders look super toned and sleek.
-Put your hands on your on your bathroom bureau (the area
near your sink). Place them a bit wider then shoulders
width apart.
-Take 2 large steps back and place your feet a little wider
then shoulders width apart.
-Stand on your toes. Your body should be tilting slightly
towards the sink.
-Straighten your body out by tucking your backside in and
sticking your chest out. Your body should be 1 straight line.
-Lower yourself slowly, as if doing a push-up and then press
yourself back up. Keep the movement slow and fluid.
-Do as many as you can. Incorporate this into your morning
or evening routine and your arms and shoulders will get strong and toned.
Note: If you have shoulder problems or feel any pain with this movement, don't do it.
3. Use the clothing that goes with your swim wear creatively to look great no matter what shape your body is in.
It you're a guy, go for longer swimming trunks. Find a t-shirt that expresses your personality. This can be something with a
witty saying on it, or one from the school or branch of the military that you were or are a part of. This expression of yourself will put the
emphasis on your shirt and great personality and not on the size of your body.
If you're a woman, you have lots of options in terms of clothing that goes with your swimsuit. Find a sheer button up shirt of
dress made out of a light weight material and arrange the buttons so that your cleavage and lower legs peak out. Sexy sarongs are also a great
option.
4. Make sure you show up at the beach or pool with a healthy dose of self-confidence. Really affirm that you look great.
Picture this in your head before you leave the house and really make friends with your body no matter what condition it is in. Your mantra is "I
look great!" People respond more to how a person feels about themselves then by how they actually look.
